How to use ScootaZon

ScootaZon lists electric scooters sold on Amazon and fills in the specs Amazon leaves out, so you can compare models on the numbers that actually decide which one fits you.

How it works

Filter on the specs Amazon does not give you

Amazon lets you sort by price and rating. It will not let you filter by top speed, motor wattage, range, or weight. ScootaZon stores those as real fields, so you can narrow the list to the scooters that match what you need.

Six specs on every scooter

Motor watts, top speed, range, scooter weight, max rider weight, and price. Every listing carries the same set, so the comparison is like for like.

Prices with a timestamp

Prices and Amazon star ratings are re-checked automatically, and each listing shows when the number was last read. Amazon prices move, so check the date before you decide.

Straight through to Amazon

Every scooter links out to its Amazon listing. ScootaZon does not sell, stock, or ship anything. Amazon and the seller handle the purchase.

Stale listings drop out

When Amazon stops selling a scooter, it leaves the catalog on its own, and it comes back if the listing returns.
