Customers say, via Amazon: Customers love the scooter's appearance, particularly its lights that make it visible to cars at night, and find it cool-looking. The battery life and reliability receive mixed feedback - while some report it lasts all day, others say it stops charging after less than a year of usage, and some units fail within 3 months of use. Speed performance is also mixed, with customers noting it doesn't reach the advertised 13 mph, and opinions on value are divided between those who find it solid for the price and those who say it's not worth the money.
